THE 2008 IRIJI NDIGBO AND THE UNVEILING OF NEW IGBO HOPE TITLED - “THE BIGGER PICTURE”
The Council of Igbo Communities UK, in collaboration with the N-Tyce Management, will like to invite you as a Guest of Honour at this year's Iri-ji Ndigbo in London.
The Igbo nation, since the civil war ended, has been struggling to attain the leadership position in Nigeria. Successive governments at the federal level have not been fair to Ndigbo and have thus, denied Ndigbo a well-deserved, pride of place in our country. Consequently, the Iri-ji (New Yam Festival) of this year with its theme THE BIGGER PICTURE will touch on such issues as the South-East Nigeria Economic Commission (SENEC), Igbo language and Culture and finally Investment in the Stock Market in Nigeria. ...more..
